We welcome nonprofits and community organizations whose missions align with our goal of cultivating healthy communities by building relationships between local farmers, producers, and the public. Our markets provide the perfect platform to engage with the community, promote your organization’s work, and support a vibrant local food system.
Eligibility
Nonprofits with missions pertaining to food, agriculture, gardening, the environment, cooking, health, the arts, and historic preservation are eligible to participate at our farmers markets in the following ways:
Tabling
A free 10′ x 10′ booth space is available from April to October at Nourish Knoxville’s farmers markets for outreach purposes only. This is a great opportunity for organizations to showcase their work, connect with the community, and share their mission.
Kids Activity Lead
As a Nourish Kids Activity Lead, your organization can be part of our year-round Nourish Kids program, hosting educational and interactive activities designed to engage children and families. This unique role allows nonprofits to connect directly with young market-goers, sparking curiosity and excitement about their mission.
Scheduling & Availability

Tabling
Locally-based nonprofits interested in tabling may apply to reserve a free 10′ x 10′ booth space at the following markets:
Note: Each organization can participate up to (3) Wednesdays, (3) Thursdays, and (3) Saturdays per calendar year with a maximum of (3) total tabling appearances across all markets within the same month.
Kids Activity Lead
Nonprofits interested in engaging with families through Nourish Kids may apply to lead passive, kid-focused activities at the following markets:
Note: We offer an extra Nourish Kids activity at the Wednesday Market Square Farmers Market during Knox County Schools’ Fall Break in October. Interested in leading this activity? Ask us for more details!
Application Process
If your nonprofit is interested in either tabling or leading a children’s activity, please fill out the corresponding interest form by clicking the buttons below. Upon submission, our team will review your form and reach out to confirm eligibility and scheduling.
