Nourish Moves at the Market Square Farmers Market

A FREE program designed to build community while incentivizing overall health and a more active lifestyle.
Children and adult participants ages 2+ can pick up pedometers at our Information Booth before moving around the market and the surrounding areas. Each participant receives $3 in Produce Bucks per visit to be spent on fresh fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, or food-producing plants at the market. Frequent walkers can earn prizes when they hit certain milestones!
Nourish Moves is available on:
Wednesdays (May-October) from 10 AM – 1 PM at the Market Square Farmers Market &
Thursdays (April-September) from 3 – 6 PM at the New Harvest Farmers Market.
